Changelog
Every release of Loop Sequencer, newest first. Updates to 1.x are free: download the latest file from your Gumroad library.
1.0.2
New
- Row swing. Click a row’s name and the SWING knob moves only that row. A small S marks it.
- 24 rows, C1 to B3. Room for bass lines and chords.
- Drag a selection past the top or bottom of the grid and the rows scroll with you.
Better
- Timing. Steps land on Live’s clock from the first beat after you press play.
- Row ×2 and ÷2 keep your rhythm. ×2 adds empty steps between the hits. ÷2 keeps the hits on the bigger steps.
- No doubled drums. Once a pattern is in the arrangement, the clip plays and the sequencer stays quiet over it.
- Click any empty part of the device to let go of a row.
Sets saved with 1.0.1 load fine.
1.0.1
New
- Block velocity. Select a block, then drag the VEL bar or Shift-drag any step inside the block. Every lit step in it moves by the same amount, so the dynamics you painted survive.
Fixed
- TO ARRANGEMENT left the playhead four bars past the new clip instead of right after it.
- Keyboard shortcuts on macOS. The device read Mac key codes as if they were Windows ones, so D, S and Cmd+C, V, D, Z and A did nothing there.
- An edit made in the moment before an undo could write itself back over the undone state.
